GENERAL REGISTRATION POLICIES
Online Registration: Register online with a credit card by following the respective conference. Online registration is encouraged. We recommend using the latest version of Firefox or Chrome as your browser during the online registration process. The online registration system is also accessible using Internet Explorer. Purchase Order for registrations paid by check cannot be processed online.
Offline Registration: Due to the cost-saving policy, We do not facilitate any offline registration. Therefore, we encourage participants to use the platform as given in the Registration Instruction and Fee page. However, you can use the conventional online transfer as indicated in the page Registration Instruction.
Confirmation Acknowledge: After completing the transaction, the participant/applicant receives the confirmation chat from the respective conference secretariat within 48 hrs after receives the confirmation from the administrative department. Please make sure you are aware of the chat setting as being sets in the payment platform module.
Payment Not Received by the Conference Date: Your application as participants will not be processed if no payment ID had not been supplied in the registration form
You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 14 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that.
Refund policy: Due to the cost-saving policies and competitive price offer for this conference. NO refund will be entertained.
Cancellations: You are allowed to cancel your registration after payment was made, but no refund made available. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference secretariat.
